I am Christopher Zodrow, BSc, MA.
I am an art director, researcher and project manager by day.
I am a drummer by birth.
I have been playing the drums since I could hold sticks. I was the kid in class with two pencils - tap, tap, tapping…
I play jazz and dub, sometimes simultaneously, sometimes better, sometimes worse.
I program and sequence beats, create loops and develop my own sounds to enhance songs. I use Ableton Live and Native Instruments software with a Mac and a BCR2000 midi controller.
I am available for live studio work, regular gigs and digital programming.
I am available to teach drums. I am developing a unique teaching paradigm that focuses on independence, syncopation, collaboration and creativity. Contact me about lessons.
I am currently living in the USA. My family and I are preparing to move to Adelaide, Australia. I have been granted permanent residency by the Australian government. Watch this space for updates on my contact information.
